The operating gap in maternal health is often what happens after a question appears and before the next formal touchpoint.

A click is useful evidence. It is not a growth system until the next step has an owner, a standard and a feedback loop.

Constraint is not a branding story. It is a practical input into trust, distribution, pricing and the shape of the system.
